Coverage Breakdown

How your warranty protects you.

Year — Workmanship & Materials

Covers cosmetic issues and fit-and-finish, including drywall cracks, paint, flooring, trim, and doors. This is often considered the “punch list” phase, covering items that show up within the first 12 months.

Year — Systems Warranty

Covers the delivery systems of the home, including electrical wiring, plumbing pipes, and HVAC ductwork. It ensures systems are functioning properly and conform to building codes.

Year — Structural Warranty

Protects against major structural failures affecting the home's load-bearing capacity, such as foundation issues, framing components, and roof trusses. It does not cover minor cracks or cosmetic defects after the first year.
